New AI Tool Now Available in the Banarach Farm Manual

We are pleased to announce the latest upgrade to the Banarach Farm Manual system — the introduction of our optional Banarach AI Tool.

This new feature allows farmers to use AI as a practical support tool when developing farm policies and procedures within their manual.

The AI tool can help in several ways, such as:

• Checking whether a policy may need updating to reflect current New Zealand regulations

• Suggesting additional points you may want to consider

• Helping refine wording or make a policy read more professionally

How We Found It Works Best

During testing, we found the most useful approach was to first complete the Banarach template, then ask the AI tool questions related to that specific policy or procedure.

Sometimes the suggestions were exactly what we needed. Other times the response added more detail than required.

The advantage is that you can review the suggestions, keep what is useful, and simply ignore the rest. The final content is always your decision.
